Book Submission
Following the Directions for Book Submission is Very Important. Any variation may cause a delay in the Production of the Book. You may even have to resubmit some information.

Please submit your Manuscript in MS Word Documents Only!!! We can do Books that are no less than 20 Finished Pages and that does not Exceed 2500 Finished Pages.
Types of Font Accepted:
Arial, Book Antiqua, Bookman Old Style, Calibri, Cambria, Courier, Georgia, Times, Times New Roman
Text Styles That Can Be Used:
Regular, Bold, Italic, or Bold Italic
Authors will be able to choose from the Following Point Sizes and Spacing for the Book:
Point Size:
10-pt to 16-pt
Spacing:
Single, 1.5, Double
If you do not choose any of the information above your book will be Singled Space and set at 12-pt and the font type will be in Times New Roman.

Submit all information in One Word Document to beacon.publishings@gmail.com
Please make sure all content is in the order in which you would like for your book.
Include the Title Page as your First Page with the Complete Title and Sub Title (if there is one), and put the Author's Name Exactly as you wish it to appear on the Front Cover.
If you are Inserting Graphics in your Book you can submit them in color, but please be aware that the Graphics will be printed in Grayscale. If you have anything other than Text that will be considered as Graphics.
Graphics must be submitted in a separate File from the Manuscript. Graphics should be at 100% Full Size and 300dpi and sent as a jpeg or tiff. If you provide an image that is less than 300dpi it will affect the quality of the printed image.
Please provide us with Instructions on where the Insertion of the Graphics should go. If the Information is not provided Beacon Mutli-Media Entertainment Productions have the right to insert the Graphics where they seemed fit.
We cannot guarantee that your images will appear as you may expect, especially if you are sending old or distorted photos. There maybe some variations between print runs. Also depending on Trim Size Selected Beacon Multi-Media Entertainment Productions reserves the right for final placement of all photos (if necessary).
Beacon Multi-Media Entertainment & Productions will work closely with the Authors to make sure that their book will come out how they expect it to. We know that this is a team effort. However, we know that with somethings certain decisions must be made and implemented. We Reserve the Right to determine the Manner, Style, and Formatting of the Book that are consistent with popular trade books.
Our Formatting includes first line of paragraphs indents. Blank Pages will be added as deemed necessary by standards. The final page count will be divisible by two, so Blank Pages will be added to meet page count.
